Kevin is a health and safety professional with over 10 years of consulting experience primarily in the heavy construction industry. Kevin has successfully trained and collaborated with thousands of individuals in both construction and general industry environments. He has excellent technical expertise skills including experience developing and implementing corporate health and safety programs, site-specific programs, lockout tagout procedures and programs, risk assessments, facility and job site inspections and audits, silica and lead exposure control plans, PPE assessments, customized audit checklist development, industrial hygiene plans and more.

Heather Stork, PE, CPEA

Heather Stork is the founder, owner, and president of HSCS, LLC. Heather is a degreed geological engineer with over 25 years of EHS engineering and consulting experience. She is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) in environmental auditing, management system auditing, and Responsible Care Management. Heather has participated in and/or led more than 200 compliance audits within the environmental, health and safety, security, transportation, management systems, consent decree, remediation, and internal control arenas across the United States and internationally.

In addition to compliance auditing, she has completed over 500 compliance projects including preparation of EHS permits, reports, and plans; performance of applicability reviews and compliance determinations; development and presentation of training programs; development of management systems; and on-site consultation to ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, security, and transportation regulations and corporate standards. Throughout her career, Heather has assisted clients with determining regulatory applicability, identifying hazards, identifying potential EHS regulatory compliance issues, and recommending targeted solutions to achieve client goals and objectives. She is adept at formulating tailored solutions that fulfill compliance obligations while being practical for client needs and operations.

Timothy R. McAuley, MS, PhD

Dr. Timothy R. McAuley is the Founder, Board Chairman and Chief Executive Manager of CHANGE, a certified Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Upstate, NY. Dr. McAuley is a multi-award winning environmental expert and a world renowned environmental leader. He is highly respected and recognized expert in air quality and human health exposure and risk assessment. He has directed, managed, and consulted on numerous domestic and global environmental consulting and research studies in the areas of air quality and human health exposure and risk assessments. As a result of his work and contributions to the environmental field, Dr. McAuley has been invited to give several key note speeches and has become a global resource for environmental forward thinking and a leader in his field.  He is also currently an elected member by his peers to several national committees.

Recently, Dr. McAuley was reappointed to a second term on the prestigious Transportation Research Board, Committee on Transportation and Air Quality at the National Academy of Sciences in Washington. Dr. McAuley has also recently been elected to the American Chemical Society Committee on Environmental Initiatives, and the highly visible United States Environmental Protection Agency Scientific Advisory Board. In addition, he is also a member of several subcommittees at the National Academies in areas of air quality, human health, toxicology, public health, and environmental impacts to transportation.

Dr. McAuley received his PhD. in Environmental Science and Engineering and his MS in Chemistry Clarkson University along with a BS in Biochemistry from The College of Saint Rose, where he is also a member of the Board of Associates and a member of the Alumni of Prominence Cabinet recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication to their industries. Dr. McAuley has also recently honored with the highly prestigious Executive of the Year Award from the National Association of Distinguished Professionals for his recognized efforts and leadership from his peers that nominated him for his achievements and contributions in providing the most utmost professionalism in his work.

For 30 years he has provided safety services for clients in the construction, manufacturing, service, and healthcare industries, as well as for public sector organizations. John has a broad range of experience that includes program development and implementation, audits and assessments, accident investigation, loss control, OSHA consultations, expert witness, and behavioral safety-based system. Previously, John served as the Director of Loss Control Operations, Senior Safety and Health Consultant, and Corporate Safety Director/EEOC Officer for a major contracting firm in Yonkers, NY.  He also worked for a major NYS workers’ compensation safety management firm in New York City, and assisted with the World Trade Center clean up. John is a Certified Safety and Health Manager, OSHA Instructor in Construction & General Industry, and a NYS Code Rule 59 Consultant.

Mr. Snyder’s large scale project management experience includes construction management, facility decommissioning, dismantling, and decontamination. His areas of expertise include hazardous materials, heavy metals, lead based paint, chemical, asbestos, and mold. He is a licensed mold assessor and remediator under the the Article 32 NYS mold law. Mr. Snyder has extensive experience and expertise in PCB evaluation, management, and remediation. Mr. Snyder also specializes in indoor air quality assessments, OSHA compliance, and negative exposure assessments.
